On the occasion of Culture Night, DJ Andrea J will be spinning records at the Reykjavík Museum of Photography on Saturday, 23 August from 18:00 to 20:00. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Music from Icelandic music history through the ages will sound throughout the museum, creating a living connection to Gunnar V. Andrésson’s photography exhibition, „Half a Century Through the Lens", which is currently on display. Among the numerous photographs of the exhibition are some that capture moments from the lives and work of many of the nation’s most renowned musicians. This event is part of the Reykjavík City Museum’s diverse program for Culture Night. Accessibility is good at the Reykjavík Museum of Photography, and guide dogs are welcome in the museum.
