Teachers and staff of preschools, primary schools and leisure centres are invited to Uppspretta – a vibrant platform where numerous organisations present exciting events, education, tools and field trips that support creative and vibrant school and leisure activities. *New this year: Micro-presentations by the institutions* Culture – Arts – Technology – Nature – History – Experiments – Field trips – Language – Events – Tools The program includes presentations of diverse offerings from the following parties: -Althingi -Reykjavík City Library -City Theatre -Reykjavík City History Museum -Dancing Garden -Family and Petting Zoo -Reykjavík Botanical Garden -University of Iceland -Design Museum of Iceland -Icelandic Dance Company -Equality School -Art for All -Einar Jónsson Art Museum -Art Museum of Iceland -Reykjavík Art Museum -Language and Literacy Center -Outdoor Recreation and Outdoor Learning Center -Center for Education and School Services -Mixture of Creativity and Information Center -Nature Reykjavík Educational Website -Innovation Center for Education -The Nordic House -RÚV -Icelandic Symphony Orchestra -The National Theatre -The Icelandic National Museum Light refreshments and general fun available Ample parking within walking distance and good public transport.
