Culture Hub
Kópavogur is a hub of culture and creativity. At the heart of its skyline is the striking Church of Kópavogur, designed by architect Hörður Bjarnason and completed in 1963. How to get to Kópavogur
By Bus
Several routes go to Kópavogur, but the main routes are 2, 21, 28 and 36.
Reykjavík City Card offers hassle-free, unlimited travel on public buses within the capital area. Choose between 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours from the moment you activate your card.
By Electric Scooter
Electric scooters are available in Kársnes, around Smáralind shopping centre, and in the postal code 200.
By Car
Parking is easy to find at major locations, such as Sky Lagoon, Smáralind, and the museums.
