Set in the heart of the Dreamland exhibition, featuring mystical beings, divine landscapes and symbolic imagery, this unique experience will guide you inward through an all-level, all-encompassing YNDI Yoga practice. We’ll begin by tuning into the subtle energies of the artwork and move through a powerful sequence designed to clear the mind, restore balance and awaken the imagination. The evening will close with a special meditation underscored by a healing sound resonance experience, inviting deep peace and clarity while immersed in the vibrant presence of Kjarval’s visionary world.
