I’d Rather be Somewhere Nice Auðunn Kvaran solo show Opening Saturday 5th April 4pm @audunnaudunnaudunnaudunnaudunn https://audunn.cargo.site/ Central to Auðunn Kvaran’s (1995) works is an investigation into the dynamic interplay between individuals and their environments. Rather than presenting fixed narratives, Auðunn creates spaces for viewers to explore and engage actively with his work, encouraging personal interpretation and the projection of individual experiences. His works are characterized by a deliberate avoidance of medium-specific constraints, instead opting for a flexible and responsive practice that adapts to the conceptual demands of each project. Auðunn was born in Reykjavík, Iceland. He completed his BA degree at the Icelandic University of the Arts in 2020. Following his studies, he relocated to Athens, Greece in 2021, where he established and currently manages the artist-run gallery, Living Room.
