Kids love to get balloon animals, and now they can learn to make balloon animals themselves! Blaðrarinn and Reykjavík neighborhoodfunds present workshops in balloon animal making. We go over how to make three balloon animals in a fun and simple way, and end with a balloon hat madness where they make as big of a hat as they can or let their imagination dictate what they make while they get help from experienced balloon artists. Each child can take the balloons home with them, which last for days or even weeks. The workshops are funded by Hliðar neighborhood funds so access is free.
