In the workshop, children have the opportunity to learn and listen to Nordic songs along with Nordic children's poetry. Children also have the opportunity to compose their own poems about nature, the environment, the climate, visions for the future and dreams. Those children who want to, can upload their new poems directly to the web on the website ljodfyroloftslagid.is when they are ready.

The workshop's teachers are the singers Bryndís Guðjónsdóttir and Vera Hjördís Matsdóttir.
