--------
Flesh Machine is an indie/alternative band based in Reykjavík Iceland. They blew up in the underground scene in late 2022. Flesh Machine is the brainchild of Kormákur Jarl Gunnarsson as an expression outlet while he was living and studying in Berlin and as a coping mechanism for his depression and anxiety. After he moved back to Iceland he decided to expand that Idea by adding members and forming a band: Baldur Hjörleifsson and Lukas Zurawski on guitars, Jón G. Breiðfjörð on drums, and Viktor Árni Veigarsson on bass.
The essence of Flesh Machine is blending two worlds of flesh representing warmth, emotion, and humanity, and the Machine, which represents the cold, mechanism, and synthetic. Blending acoustic and electronic sounds to create music that explores the human experience, depression, and the dark corners of the human psyche.

“nothing changes, everything is always changing” and change is indeed a central theme on Supersport!’s acclaimed new record; “allt sem hefur gerst” (eng: everything that has happened). change is everything, after all, and everywhere, in the balance between stillness and motion, stagnation and growth.
Supersport!’s not exactly rushing things. but there is a lot happening, still, and always something new. because the music needs to reflect this rule of change: that everything is in constant flux, also all life, and also: us.
the band means to underline this truth unapologetically in concert at tónabíó on march 1, and will perform a brand-new set, consisting exclusively of unreleased music. we’ll see whether or not all the lyrics will be ready in time. but this should be fun regardless
