The instrumentalists Páll Palomares and Erna Vala Arnardóttir will lead us on a journey through Europe and the United States at Laxness Museum's next concert on Sunday, July 21. Romance and beauty take center stage, mixed with virtuosity. The concert will feature works by Sarasate, Fauré, Albeniz, Montgomery, and others.
Páll Palomares is one of the leading violinists in the country. He is a conductor of the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra and has been prominent in the country's musical life in recent years. Erna Vala is one of the most exciting pianists of the young generation. She has won numerous awards in Iceland and abroad and has performed widely in Iceland.
The concert starts at 16:00 in the living room at Laxness Museum. The entrance fee is ISK 3,500, and ticket sales take place at the museum's reception before the concert.
