Can I make a song out of a bird song? How can I make a reggaeton rhythm? Can I make a song with only three notes?
In this workshop we learn how to make a rhythm and a base of a song. We cut together samples of already synthetic sounds and music, record sounds and make instruments out of sounds in the local environment and pop culture. Come to the workshop Electrified beat, and let's experiment together and let creativity run free.
Vigfús Karl is a musician and DJ called Fusion Groove. He has been playing records all his adult life and has worked in the music industry for many years on various projects. In addition, he is an after-school instructor and has long taught electronic music making and rhythm making.
Time: The workshop lasts for two days 10:00 am -12:00 am.
