In his residency at Ásmundarsafn, artist Unnar Örn is researching the postcard collection of collector Andrés Johnson. Once upon a time, postcards and stamps were part of everyday life, and people took care in choosing postcards and crafting their messages so that the most important or meaningful information could fit into the limited space. In this workshop, participants are given the opportunity to select a postcard, decorate and write on it, and finally send it by mail. Who would you send a postcard to?
