Suðurbæjarlaug pool

Suðurbæjarlaug features a 12.5 × 25‑metre outdoor swimming pool, which is directly connected to an indoor pool primarily used for teaching and children’s activities. The outdoor area also includes three hot tubs, a steam bath, a children’s pool, and two water slides, offering enjoyment for visitors of all ages. A walking path runs around the pool area, making it easy to combine swimming with a gentle stroll.

For contrast bathing, there are two cold plunge pools, each maintained at a different temperature. The pool also offers special changing rooms with steam baths, available to all genders, alongside the traditional changing facilities.

A Gym Health fitness centre is located in the basement of the complex, making Suðurbæjarlaug a convenient choice for combining swimming, relaxation and exercise in one place.
