Flame Restaurant & Bar is a modern fusion restaurant in Reykjavík that brings together Scandinavian design and Japanese teppanyaki cooking. It centres on a style of dining where food is prepared directly in front of guests, turning the meal into a shared, social experience.

At the core of the restaurant is its teppanyaki table (one of the largest in Iceland, seating up to 32) where chefs cook on a heated iron plate using a mix of local and Japanese ingredients. The format combines cooking and presentation, with the preparation unfolding as part of the evening.
