In this introductory course on a single-row knitting machine, students will learn how to cast on and cast off, as well as two different methods of pattern making. Initially, leftover yarn will be used to get a feel for the method and to do tests. Students will then begin working on one piece that they will make from scratch with the help of a teacher, such as a scarf with a pattern. The course will be held from August 5th to 14th on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, four classes in total. Completion is based on 80% attendance. The course is taught in Icelandic.
