When the historic house at Amtmannstíg 1 in Reykjavík became available, the opportunity to realise the dream of opening a restaurant came to life. The kitchen continues to prioritise fresh, seasonal ingredients, ensuring the menu evolves throughout the year to reflect the very best of what nature provides.
