Sundhöll Hafnarfjarðar pool

This beautiful historic indoor pool is Hafnarfjörður’s oldest swimming pool, dating back to 1943, and is particularly well known for its calm, traditional atmosphere.

The pool itself is a 25‑metre indoor pool, with a depth of up to 3.2 metres at the deep end, making it especially popular with confident swimmers. Outside the building, guests can enjoy two outdoor hot tubs, both equipped with powerful massage jets - a firm favourite among local residents.

Additional facilities include a sauna in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms, offering a relaxing finish to a swim in this characterful and much‑loved pool.
