The Parliament Spa is just like Iceland: Hot and cold, wet and dry.
Enjoy our sanctuary, which includes a geothermal tub, sauna, steam room, and cold mist. After a bathing ritual, relax in a private cabana or in a quiet room.

The spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Access to the spa is included in all massage and luxury facial treatments.
Spa access, including a bathrobe and a towel, costs 9,500 ISK
For our hotel guests, a day pass to the spa costs 5,500 ISK.
Hilton Honors Diamond and Gold members enjoy complimentary access to the spa.

A spa menu offering snacks and drinks is available between 12 noon and 7 p.m. Recommended to book treatments in advance to ensure availability.
Please be advised that full payment will be charged for booked treatments for a no-show. The payment will be charged to the card on file or through your bank.
Cameras and phones are strictly forbidden in the changing rooms and bathrooms.
Cancellation has to be made a least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. The minimum age for entering the spa area is 16.
