On Thursday nights the ever lively Jörgensen Kitchen & Bar celebrates both local produce and talent with live music performances. Jörgensen Kitchen & Bar 

There’s always a buzz at Jörgensen Kitchen & Bar. Contemporary Nordic cuisine and wines from around the world draw in a crowd of locals and guests. If you are staying at Center Hotels, you get a 10% discount off the á la carte menu at Jörgensen Kitchen & Bar. On weekends from 11:30 to 4pm we offer brunch with bottomless drinks, and daily Happy Hour is from 3- 6pm; Late Night Happy Hour is from 9:30- 11pm. Our Jazz Thursdays at Jörgensen are fairly popular, with live music, free entrance and delicious bar snacks. 

Meeting rooms 

Big or small, formal or casual, hotel Miðgarður has an option for every event or business meeting. Two different meeting rooms come with all the equipment you might need including projectors, sound systems and stationery. If you need a bigger venue, the separate rooms (Ás and Garður) can be transformed into a single, larger space- the 70 m² Ásgarður is ideal for groups of up to 70. Food and refreshments can be provided by Jörgensen Kitchen and Bar. 

Miðgarður Spa 

The weather never stops an Icelander from taking a dip. Heated and open every day of the year, the highlight of the Miðgarður spa is the open-air hot tub. If you’re lucky, you might catch the Northern lights as you bathe. Additional features include indoor hot pool, sauna, cold water shower, and a range of massage therapies (massage must be booked 24h in advance). The gym also has areas for cardio and weights. We can accommodate groups of up to 15 people at a time in the Miðgarður Spa, offering the perfect retreat for friends looking to savor life in the heart of Reykjavík.
