MATUR OG DRYKKUR is a Michelin Guide–recommended, family-run restaurant specialising in classical Icelandic cuisine with a modern twist. The team goes to great lengths to unearth old Icelandic cookbooks and other written materials, searching for traditional recipes that can be reimagined in new and inventive ways. Every dish on the menu is crafted using first-class local produce, including wild herbs, and carefully sourced ingredients from both land and sea.
