Elding has been running whale watching and sea adventure tours from Reykjavík's Old Harbour since 2000. A family-run company and the original whale watching operator in the city, they offer a range of year-round tours including whale watching, puffin tours, northern lights cruises, sea angling, and the ferry to Viðey Island.
Tours depart from the Old Harbour and boats are equipped with indoor saloons, onboard cafés and restrooms. Onboard guides provide information about local wildlife and marine life throughout each tour. Elding is EarthCheck certified and operates under responsible wildlife guidelines.
