Dalslaug is the newest addition to Reykjavík’s swimming pools, having opened on 11 December 2021. The main feature is a 25‑metre outdoor pool with six lanes, ideal for both leisure swimming and training. In addition, there is a smaller indoor pool, primarily used for teaching and practice. Dalslaug is located in the same building as the local library, making it a particularly appealing destination where visitors can combine wellbeing with culture, a visit that truly nurtures both body ad mind.
The facilities also include hot tubs, a cold plunge pool, a children’s pool, and a sauna, offering fun activities for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
