Facilities include a 50‑metre outdoor pool, an indoor pool, water slides, a children’s slide, children’s and wading pools, a massage pool, hot tubs, a sea‑water tub, a steam bath, and both cool and cold plunge pools. The pool also offers infant facilities, private changing rooms, and outdoor changing areas.

Accessibility is a priority at Laugardalslaug, with disabled access to the pool to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. The pool water is disinfected using chlorine produced from salt, a gentler method often preferred for skin and eyes.
