Seltjarnarnes swimming area features a 25‑metre outdoor pool kept at a comfortable 29°C, alongside several options designed especially for younger visitors. These include a children’s pool heated to 35°C and a very shallow paddling pool, just 30 cm deep and maintained at a warmer 37–38°C.
The complex also offers four hot tubs, a water slide, and a total of four changing rooms, with two located indoors and two outdoors. The water here is particularly rich in natural minerals, which has made the pool popular with visitors who have sensitive skin or eczema.
