Ljóslifandi is an artwork on the Light Trail of the Winter Lights Festival.

Ljóslifandi is more of an experience than an object or a sculpture placed in an open space. The work invites visitors to step into a room—a world where matter and light merge. It is part corridor, part resonance, where light itself becomes a guiding force along the journey. Each viewpoint alters the experience. From the outside, the work appears sculptural—strong, metallic, and defined. From within, it becomes soft and fluid, as light takes control.
