The exhibition brings together a series of watercolour paintings that revolve around classic cars and the special world to which they belong. Cars are not just a means of transport but also cultural and historical symbols – memories of times gone by.
However, the exhibition is not just about cars – it is also about memories, culture and the glow that the past can still cast on our daily lives. This is an artistic journey through the world of classic cars.
Dariia Tumanova is an artist and art teacher from Ukraine, and this is her first exhibition in Iceland.
The exhibition opening will be on Friday, 7 August at 16:30.
The exhibition runs until 28 August.
