Common ground - nature walks and Icelandic practice

We will explore easy walking paths around Gerðuberg, learn nature related vocabulary and chat in an environment that is friendly and safe for Icelandic learners while enjoying being outdoors.

When? 18 apríl til 30 maí, then 5 september til 26 september.
Where? We meet first at the library in Gerðuberg to have coffee and chat, then we will go for a light walk in the surrounding area, including in Ellidáardalur.
Note: When the weather is bad, we will stay in the library and play board games.

The walk will be led by teachers of Icelandic as a second language, Hildur Loftsdóttir and Margrét Olsen.
