Lækjartorg will be filled with Christmas trees when the Reykjavík Forestry Association opens its annual Christmas tree sale on Friday, December 12.
The sale will be open during the week before Christmas, and visitors can pick up a beautiful Icelandic Christmas tree from the forests surrounding the city. We will wrap the trees for you, making it easy to carry them home or load them into your car.
The greenhouse at Lækjartorg will be put to good use for the sale of potted trees, firewood, and bundles of branches for decorative purposes.
The Christmas tree sale at Lækjartorg will be open on the following days:
