It's springtime already and the plants are waking up from hibernation. But how do they know that winter is over and what challenges do they face? Jóhannes Bjarki Urbancic Tómasson leads an educational walk at the Reykjavík Botanic Garden that will cover how plants experience spring, the increasing sunlight and warming weather. Do we perhaps have something in common with the plants? The walk starts at the main entrance of the Botanic Garden at 11 am, Sunday 18 May, which is not only International Museum Day but also the Plants Fascination Day!
