Gaeta Gelato is Reykjavik’s first-ever gelato parlour which opened its doors in Spring 2020. Though it’s the first of its kind in this city, we are no strangers to making gelato - we have 25 years of experience perfecting our craft and serving gelato on the streets of Italy. Our Gelato is made fresh with the finest Icelandic ingredients, such as milk, cream and skyr, as well as with the most iconic of Italian delicacies, such as Pistacchio di Sicilia and Nocciola from Piemonte. Every week we have a new ‘Flavour of the Week’ in which we allow ourselves to be as creative as we can, mixing new and unexpected flavours together to create something beautiful. We also have eight vegan options always available, because gelato is for everyone.
