The Reykjavík City Museum offers a guided tour of the Reykjavík Maritime Museum for people who are learning Icelandic. The tour will take place on Saturday, 11 October from 14:00 to 15:00. Katleen Abbeel will lead the tour in easy-to-understand Icelandic. The tour will focus on the exhibition "Fish & folk – 150 years of fisheries." The exhibition is about fishing in Iceland and is both educational and entertaining for people of all ages. Katleen Abbeel speaks Icelandic as a second language. She is a guide, translator, and Icelandic teacher. The museum is a great place to practice Icelandic. The tour is free and intended for people learning Icelandic, both beginners and more advanced learners.
