Taking yoga outdoors is a relief from the busy indoor classes most of us will be used to. Busy rooms and touching fingers with a stranger are not what we signed up for! So instead of racing to your Sunday class, pick up your matt and step outside. Soak up the sound of the ocean have space to breathe, literally.

Practicing yoga outdoors gives the space you need to check in with yourself. You can move your body the way you need to. Stretch wider and further than you have before. And if you wobble, or fall over, at least no one is around to see it!

This week we will strat yoga class with Kaya. Kaya Dulemba- master degree in Psychology, traveler, nail artist, Yoga and nature lover.

Has gathered her Yoga teaching experience while travelling in Australia and New Zealand. For her, Yoga is a way to relax the mind and the body but also it is a never ending life learning process.
During her practice you can experience some gentle flow of asanas (poses) that will calm your mind and pleasantly stretch your muscles. Kaya is running her Yoga classes in English and Polish in Reykjavik 101 (Yoga with Kaya on fb).

Please bring your own yoga matt. If you have a belt or a yoga blocks that would be fantastic, but these are not essential.

Then will learn how to make natural and organic body scrubs.
A body scrub is a popular way to exfoliate your skin, and there are plenty of store-bought varieties to choose from. Or, you can make your very own homemade body scrub using ingredients you already have in your pantry.
