Let's learn to whittle is the title of a workshop for children at the Settlement Exhibition on Sunday 26 September. Bjarni Þór Kristjánsson, a carpentry teacher, teaches children to carve a butter knife and a whistle from fresh wood. Free for children and their escorts. Those who want to see the exhibition pay 1,800 ISK.
There is only room for 8 children during each workshop. To register please call 411-6370.
