Þórbergur Bollason in the project ENDURKAST will perform his own pieces for piano.

Endurkast is Þórbergur Bollason‘s project this summer. Þórbergur is finishing his second year in classical composition at the Iceland University of the Arts. The goal of the project is to examine whether it is possible to bring ideas from old pieces alive with new compositional techniques. The aim is to compose pieces for solo piano, where each piece will be in dialogue with an element of an older piece. These pieces will be performed all over town this summer.
