In this 3 storey house, built in 1928 in the old residential area in central Reykjavik, we have completely renovated the third floor, but still kept the original plan of the apartment intact. The house is set back from the street, so it is quiet, but the action of the city is still easy to walk to.

This two bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or a small group in downtown Reykjavík. The larger bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two singles. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room two more people can sleep in a sofa bed. A small cot and a baby chair can be provided. The apartment is located in the heart of the city center. A newly renovated playground is located close to the house, making this a great place for families traveling with children. It is easy to walk almost anywhere in the city center from the apartment. Many shops and restaurants are located in the neighborhood as well as a small open late supermarket and a low price supermarket.
